I graduated in 2006 for Massage Therapy Diploma Program with Swedish Massage.

I graduated in 2008 for my Medical Massage Science studying Sports and Shiatsu and attaining my Associates degree from this.  Since then I've applied working on; TMJ, Tight or inflexable Rotators, Psoas major, it's the walking muscle, Carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, sleeping wrong and getting a stiff neck or back, walking with a limp and finally just a relaxing massage to destress from the world. 

I have practiced 2010 Thai massage (Assisted Yoga) & Hot/Cold stone massage therapy, adding this to the deep tissue/sports massage, 1-3 hours.

In 2012 I obtained 12 CEU credits in Prenatal 1 & 2 massage and Pathologies 1.

2014  I have a certificate to practice Reiki 1.

2016 I learned Rain Drop massage.

2018 I studied Bi Polar massage.

2020 Structural massage, ART Active Release Techniques.

2022 Nerve Mobilization for the arms.
